Former two-time world super middleweight champion David Benavidez talked about what he expects from his fight against Caleb Plant on March 25 in Las Vegas.
David Benavidez for BoxingScene
I'm predicting a knockout in the sixth round because I want to put a little more pressure on myself. When I put pressure on myself, I give a better performance. I'm excited because I feel like this is my time. I've been in the pros for 10 years, and I'm going to give my best David Benavidez performance on March 25.
Benavidez, 26, last entered the ring in May 2022 against Canadian David Lemieux. In that fight, Benavidez won by TKO in the third round. He has 26 wins (23 KO's) and no defeats under his belt.
