WBC interim light heavyweight champion David Benavidez has announced that he is in talks with Saudi Arabia's entertainment minister Turki Alalshikh about a potential fight against the winner of the bout between Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev.
On February 22 in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Bivol and Beterbiev will face off in a rematch for the title of undisputed world champion in the light heavyweight division.

I think it is realistic because we're already talking to Turki Alalshikh.
In their first match, which took place in October 2024, Beterbiev beat Bivol by a majority decision. Beterbiev boasts a record of 21 wins (20 by knockout) and no losses, while Bivol has a record of 23 wins (12 by knockout) and one loss.
