Kalyl Silva, 23, son of former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, made his boxing debut against fellow countryman Paulo dos Santos on December 17 in Lauro di Freitas, Brazil.
The fight, which was stopped in the fourth round, ended in Kalyl's favor by knockout.
Kalyl Silva previously competed in amateur kickboxing, where he had two wins and one loss to his record. This year he was defeated by Michael Mitchell Jr. by unanimous decision.
