Not Cade Cunningham, not Evan Mobley, it was Scottie Barnes who earned the Rookie of the Year honors. He is currently playing for the Raptors in the series against the 76ers but he has missed the last two games because he has picked up an injury. Barnes finished the season with the averages of 15.3 PPG, 7.5 RPG, 3.5 APG, and 1.1 SPG. He is an exciting defender too and a strong second half of the season landed him the Award as he improved his game big-time.
