Adam Peaty, who represents Great Britain has won back-to-back Olympics Gold medals in 100m backstroke swimming. He is the first British swimmer to defend the title at the Olympics.
Peaty completed the backstroke in 57.37 seconds, which marks the fifth-fastest time in history. Arno Kamminga of Netherland claimed the silver at 58.00 seconds while Nicolo Martinenghi of Italy bagged the bronze at 58.33 seconds.
