Dirty thieving scumbags. These scum corrupt allowed someone to continually use my paypal account to spend £2500 on my card in 10 minutes on there account. It’s clear they don’t do security checks as I never have had an account with these people and obviously my Paypal never matched the account name for the person who frauded. Betway will not refund me even after admitting it was FRAUD! It’s obviously they like people committing fraud. All bookmakers are scumbags and thieving who prey on vulnerable people. I will be taking this the every national newspaper. I have even wrote to West Ham Utd to let them know what scum they have advertising them. WHUFC have been more helpful that these

Don’t listen to the bad reviews probably the best and easiest experience I’ve had with a withdrawal. Most sites tell you you’re fully verified, let you deposit hundreds then when you win dig their heels in and ask for every form of ID including selfies, Betway just pay out within 24hours. Deposited $100 and my account was never credited. Been going back and forth since August 8. First they said they see they money deposited but did not know why it wasn’t credited. They said wait 15 business days for return. Sept 2 now and still no credit or money sent back. I followed up again and now they say they need an email sent to them. Had a bet settled wrong. I had to message them to review the bet and then they reversed the bet from a loss to a win - user should be able to bet with confidence! I feel like they purposely make the live chat option difficult to use to frustrate the user. Update your software and don’t be crooked!

Hi I have had a very bad experience with this company, they closed my account never tried to get in touch by tex or phone or email, I have exhausted myself trying to get in touch with them to no avail, absolutely shocking and the still owe me money if I had just checked the feedback I would never had signed up to the my advice DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY AND I AM STILL OWED MONEY

Betway are the worst bookies that I have used. They refuse to refund my money. They have no chatline. They couldn't refund to my original account, then to another account and then to my paypal account. They do not give a reason for any of this.

Holding my ₹35000 since 12 August and then they ask me to send proof of ownership of my bank account I have sent them my account statement as proof it has been 4 days no response from betway and now they blocked my account for no reason Very bad service no customer support It looks like they will not return my hard earned money Please stay away from BETWAY
