Hi I deposited in betway 40k and 500 rs both of the transaction successful from mt state bank of India. But amount not credited to betway account I was shocked. anf I immediately sent mail to betway support and manager they sent receipt and In mail they told they ll solve as we can soon.. same time I raised complaint to sbi also. From bank side they told they will resolve in 10 days.. and I did live chat 2 times in betway they told that we will refund within 7 to15 days. I waited and I got refund at 6th working day.. I'm happy that we can believe betway.. thank you

First I gave them 5 stars First I gave them 5 stars, but now I feel so embarrassed that I gave them this nice review. The reason I give them one star it’s very simple. I have been playing last month with Betway and my account always has been on profit. And I believe that they don’t like someone’s account to be on profit, my account has been locked up. After I had a call from responsible gambling team and we get this one sorted. I have agreed monthly limit on £1500. So once I logged in to my account I try to deposit all my monthly limit which I have set it. What happened I couldn’t deposit more than £740 pounds become Betway care for my financial situation

I'm filing a financial and moral lawsuit tomorrow, and I'm also applying to the Gambling Commission for the cancellation of their license! Betway deposit process. Airpay confirms that the payments were settled to betway. But betway says rejected. Refunds are not made. Customer support is horrible. Emails doesn't even get attended. No one to get in touch.

Have been a customer of betway for a long time. I have had a few little wins lately (not big amounts). I deposited £125 earlier, started playing slots and for no reason my account was blocked. All customer service could tell me was that i would get a phone call at some point. Absolutely disgusting service. I have done nothing wrong.

Hey man Same happened to me today. While I was playing tennis I bet on total games would be more than 22.5. When I placed the bet still they were in set 2. Less chances of getting it to set 3. But I made it through by having total 19 games played in 2 sets so far. I was relaxed as I know even anybody wins by 6-0, I will win. Now they played the set 3 with the points system and when I checked back my account it shows I lost. When I tried to contact I got the same reply as you, bets are being correctly settled. I placed $200 as I was confident..... didn't expected this from BETWAY.

Hello friends... how I cheated.. not cheated hi jacked by Betway.. my money 3500 is stuck there and they told me feflect money within 3 to 5 working days. after 10 days I asked to the cus care. same answer and after they closed my account for 6 month. can you emagine about this type of company.
