Hello friends... now inuf because I made deposited on 9th may 5:56 pm 3500.. money successful my upi to bignestfarm but my Betway account not updated after asked so many time they closed my account. i wait 14 days after I sent them bank statements with 23 days on 1st June. after 12 days they asking again statement till 11th June.. now you tell guys they will give my money.. no way.. they cheated me very well. Should I go to police station. should I go in court.

For all the people who use or are thinking to use BETWAY. Hello everyone. I need to tell everyone how this site works. I had deposit around 90 euro's here. I have a verified account here and given my documents over. I won 684 euro's on the 02.06.2021. I decided to withdrawal it right away back to my credit card. I talked before to a guy in the costumer service named Ryan to check how long I would have to wait for my money transfer, and just if everything was good overall and avoiding issues. He said: "Yes, everything is fine, you don't need to worry at all". And stated this is the best betting site in the world. The money should arrive on Friday or at least next monday. Sunday I get an email there is a mismatch in my name (account name) and my credit card. Please talk to the costumer service and provide documents. The so called mismatch was that my father name wasn't included in my account. I quickly provided the documents for them to show that, a picture of my visa card (front side and back side) and a bank statement of the usage of the card. I send that docs on monday morning. Then I was told that I should wait max 48 hours for a review of the documents. Let's make that clear that I am the only one in the world who has this name, and that is both with your two first names and my father name. So the so called mismatch case was never a case. Just a tactic they use to hold your money. Now it's been more then 55 hours and the bank team haven't done anything. The time frame they tell everyone to respect is not even respected! I have never seen as bad costumer service all my life, and reading over the complaints here show you exactly how they work here. I feel like there must be something done here, because as I see here the complaints here are real and it seems to me this site must be investigated. Bare in mind that this is on of the sponsors of West Ham and other big teams in Europe. I see people need to use other websites or even lawyers to get their money back here. The costumer service does nothing at all, and can't even reach out to the bank member team! All they say is, we are sorry for your experience and have a nice day. This is the last day I will be patient here, and luckily I have all the conversations screenshot, and the proofs to follow through my case. Every advice you can give me, I will take a look. But it's clear to me that this site needs to be investigated. It's not the first time that they have been founded guilty here and probably not the last time. OVER AND OUT.

Hi I am from India. And I had many questions in my mind about withdrawal. And I have long talk with customer support. But after I read every review I feel that everyone have same problem about withdrawal. Tnx everyone I loss some money but it's good that I fell early that they are not giving money withdrawal I will remove this app and also i will tell who is new in batway I tell them stop playing in batway it was my biggest mistake and batway broken trust of people soon they will close from India.

Being a customer of Betway since last 3 years from India I have decided to share my experience. Betting odds, platform, offers and colors are excellent. But the main issue is- Till we are wining small and cashing out in small amount, everything is charm. Once a large win or large withdrawal happens, a reverification occurs on Betway or it put on a hold on fund and account as well. Never deposit via UPI. If UPI transaction doesn't get credited in Betway then 99% money will be lost. No returns and no credit, whatsoever we do to solve it. The customer support is Dummy. They do not have power to act. In most cases they will escalate the issue and again a long, never ending waiting period starts. Now, Betway evergreen non existent support email never reply and just says this email address do not get monitored. Well currently my money is stuck in Betway payment processor since 26th May. It is just 1400 Rs and my issue is on escalation by the support but no help yet. I have already asked about the transaction status from the Betway payment processor I. e. Airpay. AirPay confirmed the successful settlement of the funds in Merchant account but no help from Betway yet. The FB page says- we have a backlog of issues, so, it is taking time. So it is time to say Goodbye to Betway.

They asked for my contact information 4-5 days ago again and of course no one called! A big problematic company, do not become a member, do not deposit! I'm suing them for all the problems I've had!
