Horrible betway, Still not pay.

Biggest Scam of all time. My betway account was locked last week and it was unlocked on Friday after I sent them my alternative ID. My account was unlocked and when I logged in, I had 0 balance in my account and the withdrawal is applied automatically without my permission. Later I get an email the next day from betway that my withdrawal is on hold as they need my payment details. 1st they applied for withdrawal without my permission and details and when I send them the details, there is another surprise. My bank details gets updated and 3 days and withdrawal is not processed. I chat with customer care and they say again account is under review. So betway is just biggest scam where they just hold your money in the name of account review and this keeps going on forever. They keep playing in this way no matter what. Stay away from betway and use some other book maker. Betway is pure waste of time and money, Nothing else.

Fraud App.. I had given a withdrawal request from my account on 29th July 2021 Sometime later I got a email from betway that your betway account has been suspended for lifetime without any reason. And for the withdrawal request which I had placed, they asked me to provide a utility bill, which I gave them.. It's been 2 days that I have supplied them the document and now they are not even replying to any emails and are not updating me on my withdrawal request.... How cleverly these fraud company people first suspended my account so that I cannot login and my means of interaction with THESE FRAUDSTERS gets limited to email only and now on email also they have stopped responding... Just cheating people who are living outside UK...

Hi everyone I want share my experience in this casino it’s the most bad casino after he get from me more than 13000$when I talk to them for control the game and update when u playing the answer was close my account and he just get the money please for who considering to not stealing your money go away from this casino never play with them because he used or money and or habits if u don’t play there he have nothin

BEWARE SCAMMERS! My account has been compromised by their staff members and they will not delete my data from their servers. Took months to respond. This is not a legit company they are located in Malta and are looking for people credit cards information to scam them.

Betway is No.1 scam. I created an account and I placed bets and I won and they locked my account. 2 days later they say I need to send alternative ID and I sent and it was approved and I have email confirmation too that my account is verified. Now my account is still locked and when I contact customer care they say again under review and they wont say when it will be done and I need to wait till it's done no matter how long. So all they do is keep taking time and come back once in a while asking for one or other information of document and that's it. If you value your money and time, use some other book maker other than betway.

Don't use this site! I've deposited more then 5000$ in the last 6 months and never seem to hit anything, house always wins with this site on the casino side! Dont waste your money!

Don’t bother with them can’t turn reverse withdrawals off and when you win it takes 5 days to get your money as it has to sit and wait to be approved. Loads better sites out there, they prey on you taking your money back as they’re super slow.

Don’t use betway, I was deposit 1710 euro, and lost 710 euro, I withdraw 1000 euro, I contact betway every day, email no answer, live chat no answer, phone no answer, are you all dead, give me money back
