@bet365 I can't believe you have allowed the atrocious new website layout to stay. You must be losing lots of customers because of it. It's simply not fit for purpose and makes other sites more appealing. Shame.

@bet365 your new app is absolutely horrendous. Haven't been able to watch my last race and telling me to contact you to quote error code 's139'. What is that gonna do? What is the point in placing my bet if I'm not gonna be able to watch the race?

@bet365 what is going on with your app for the last few days? Watching a horse race keep cutting off. Place a bet and screen has your betslip but cant go anywhere else so have to close it and re-open it. Then the app freezes. Bets not settled even though

@bet365 updated their app and it is running like a shambles. Live Streams cutting off every race.

@bet365 why change something that was so perfect. The new colours are dreadful really hard to read info and not nice to look at. Plus everytime you go away from the app for more than 5 minutes it logs you out very frustrating please revert back to the old version we are begging u

@bet365 your updated app is much better btw. Separate antepost tab for horse racing long overdue I still think you are missing out on a football market (A goal to be scored in the 1st half / 2nd half). But overall it looks good, hope it's still as fast

@bet365 have to say the new app colour scheme is making it quite difficult to use.
