@bet365 hi is your app having problems as I need to re load most times for games to update a lot of matches showing 00.00 on the clock even though games are in the 2nd half, since your update everything is very poor, thinking of leaving you used to be the best. #nothappy

@bet365 your new app layout is dreadful, don’t change what isn’t broken!

@bet365 this new app is truly awful and an absolute travesty, you have gone from having the best app to truly the worst. Why can’t you use the app in landscape on iPad like before? It was really accessible, now it’s just bloody awkward like @BetfairRacing and @paddypower apps.

@bet365 It's ok forwarding all these issues to the relevant department but it needs fixing. The layout is awful, horrible to look at, never refreshes, you have to close the app, enter your username and password again. There is not one bit of the new layout that is good

Been using the Bet365 app on iPhone since Christmas and found it to work well and was very user friendly. Since they have updated the app it has got to be the worst on the market with so meany glitches it’s unreal. For example, Money now takes ages to hit Your account After you win a bet and the app won’t let you place another bet until it is settled. Live In play stats don’t update in real time. No longer user friendly And your favourite markets don’t save after you close the app so you need to reset every time you log in.

Bet 365 was the best betting app, the upgrade is so bad it’s not worth betting with, please sort out or change back. Guy speak with your pocket, I’m now using ladbrokes, no where near as good as bet 365, but the app must change or simply don’t use.

@bet365 what’ve you done to the app? Awful! Used to be the best now probably the worst.
