@bet365 Your app has went from being the best to about as bad as it gets. Starts off with that annoying ping when you open it and just goes downhill from there. Big pat on the back to the genius who thought this would improve things. Needs sorted.

@bet365 buttons don’t work, slow to open, crashes out and closes app, logs you off, delayed opening of new windows, defaults back home screen constantly, funds don’t update in real time, extremely laggy. Haha, give your IT team a bonus.

@bet365 I’m afraid I will be moving to another provider as the new app has spoilt my enjoyment and made betting hard work. I have been a customer for a long while, however this new app is frankly awful and I can longer put up with it. The old app was excellent, goodbye
