@bet365 is there a problem with the mobile app. I’m trying to log in & it’s saying details not recognised?

@bet365 has anyone had the free weekly bet since update, used to get 1 every week but since i updated the app about month ago iv not had any, just wondering if they have stopped it altogether now

@bet365 your app still doesn’t update with horse racing results unless I close the app down and then restart it. Example - it’s 12.48 and the 12.30 at Nottingham has resulted (because the bet has paid out 10 minutes ago) but to see the result I have to close down and restart

@bet365 did you employ Matt Hancock to do this latest app update?, it’s woeful!

@bet365 I got booted out of the app while I was following 3 live bets. It said "due to inactivity" which wasn't the case. I tried to log back in- I usually log in with my 4 digit code but it asked me for my password that I couldn't remember so I tried to re-set it but said cal

Can't get any help phones just ring and ring and ring cant get onto live chat they want me to log in then won't accept login details have had to open acc with sky bet but now can't get my money out of bet 365 acc

@bet365 the new ios app does NOT have landscape anymore, we cant turn our device sideways and use it in landscape, only portrait now, please bring back landscape for the ios app!
