@bet365 can’t get on app or website again, seems to be happening every week, absolute shambles

@bet365 Why is your app so bad? Bloody awful since it was updated, continually have restart as it doesn’t update properly. Come off it for a while, go back in your asked if you want to remain logged in, select yes & none of the in-play games update so you have to log out anyway

@bet365 2 weekends in a row the app won’t work. Done the update still doesn’t work, just get to see this...

@bet365 this new updated App just gets worse! Just checked on ‘My Bets’ and greeted with a blank page! And very slow at settling bets (over 20mins a few times this week). Ladbrokes here I come I think!

@bet365 ive had enough of this app. Today, i cant look at the horse racing. As soon as it loads to my screen it goes straight to in play matches & wont let me navigate away. Im sure bet365 will tell me its me/my device/the weather because their app is great. Its bad

@bet365 have to be one of the worst apps now, not only has it taken 60mins to update the information correctly but the audio listed for games is all wrong. Never mind your updates do the basics correct first.

@bet365 I cant use your app much longer if you dont shift this bloody caption, its there every 5 secs, each time I switch sports, each time I leave the app and come back, its ruining what was previously a good app!
