@bet365 signed up for bet365 and the app takes so long to load up, is it always like this,, lool cause starting to regret very much.

BET365 webpage works better than most apps

Coming to markets and odds, Bet365 is in the top 10 for sure. It also makes it a great sportsbook the fact that is safe and secure and has quick withdrawals. However, the website can be a bit messy when scrolling down, and you can get lost with all the info. Also, I've only had a one-time experience with customer support, and it wasn't great - even though they were friendly, they were slow to reply.

Customer service could NOT find my old account details - so I created a new account - then I received a permanent ban for doing so - you couldn't make it up!

@bet365 your app doesn’t let you change the in game match alerts after game has kicked off. Very frustrating. Can you fix this? Just Defaults back to the original alerts selected. It used to be fine but not now.

@bet365 just cashed out of a bet as your game timer said it was nearly full time, only for your app to be displaying wrong game times. Now both teams have won! Extremely disappointed
