Guys please be fair. I am a regular customer and I have to say. One of the best ever services. You get to watch most sports for free... You can play online casino with lovely staff. I mean what more do you want?. I used to use betvictor untill they messed up one of my bets and made me lose my winnings. Bet365 has always been the ones that treat me the best. You only get £5 free bets of them every now and then. But they are more than amazing.

Hi, Please don't lose money by opening account in bet365. Reason: 1. In this competition age they ask new account holders to deposit money before verification. Once you deposit irrespective of you submitting all legitimate documents. they always reject documents you submitted. It's a kind of fraud. 2. why the company doesn't verify the account first instead of asking new account holders to deposit money before verification. Please stay away. 3. some PPL reported if you are in continuous profit they restrict account. If it's true it's very bad. i have not come across this as my account is not at all verified. 4. I opened account in Boyle sports they verified my account in 1 hour. 5. If bet365 does not become innovative and competitive you guys will become like "NOKIA". Stay innovative and be helpful to customers instead of becoming arrogant.

I deposited a total of £100 to play slots 1 day (lost all of it but that's gambling) & they closed my account the next day & credited me with 3p. Very weird. Much better sites out there so I'm not even going to contact CS to ask why they closed my account.

Gambling controls phoned for duty of care after losing £200 yes only £200 over one week. Pretending they had my care in their thoughts asked if I would like to self exclude? These muppets are trying to show Gambling Commission they are putting customers care first but homes they are out to rob your money.

Had a lot of bugs using the site. Lost money due to an error with the betslip interface. Thought ahh it happens, but I refuse to use the site as it seems there are more errors in the coding. I've got a bet unsettled and the games finished won 3-0, but the website has decided the game hasnt even been played. I've had them change odd's after a bet has been settled. I've had them void a bet after all teams winning. Personally I don't trust bet365 after these experiences. Now they're ignoring their own TOS. Avoid this site.

I bet on the Francis Ngannou fight on march 27. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal. I had uploaded my drivers licence before even placing my bet, and it showed my account is verified. After waiting a long time I went to the live chat was then asked to provide additional documents to an email address, which I did. After waiting again I go back only for them to say they didn’t receive the email. I then check the email I sent to and indeed it didn’t send, why? Because they gave me the wrong email. I sent to the exact email provided, only to be given another email to send to. Which I did. Now after requesting a follow up again, I was told to participate in their self exclusion program which is to close your account, once I refused they permanently closed my account, because of concerns about my gambling. Mind you this was the first and only time I’ve ever placed a bet and they can see that. Let’s see if I ever get my money, which is 20 thousand dollars by the way.

Hello everyone, as I read most of the reviews on here I can tell it's clients from English-speaking countries who mostly had big issues with Bet365. Well, I am from Serbia and it is no secret that they are doing quite criminal activities against their customers over here as well. Let me tell you about my case in short. I have opened the sportsbook acc back in 2017, I lost over 10 thousand euros (even gbp) by betting recreationally for months, then one time I won around 3000 or so betting live and they immediately suspended my account, meaning they locked it and today is April 18 2021, so pretty much exactly 3 years since they did it and guess what - THEY HAVE NOT paid me yet or given the explanation on why they did what they did! So now, over 4 thousand standing locked in there, and God knows how many more cases are like mine out there, and they are just using our own money for their other ongoing expenses or whatnot in the meantime, until we give up and feel like we've had enough and forget about it. But I will not forget. What actions I've done in all this time You wonder? I have contacted their customer service by email, escalated it to various supervisors, etc etc, numerous times, to sum it up their only and unique generic answer is "the account is still under review, when we have more information we'll provide them to you". After 3 years, review, really? I've also contacted the following "authorities" and that is Malta and Gibraltar gaming commissions, and IBAS. Nobody has done a thing to help, not moved their finger even. I will officially state here that I attempted SBR as well but they work tight with Bet365 under their payroll and also do not move fingers. If you guys have had similarly crappy experiences, which I am sure you have, you can contact me and maybe we can together fight for the justice and our rights, file a joint law suit, even money isnt that important, it is about the principle and that is - you can't steal my money and think I will lay dead and forget about it, die, or God knows what. I also contacted Denise Coates and Paul Ryan from head of payments eventhough I know they will never reply, I've sent them official letter containing my case. Don't bother.. Really... Don't... I signed up solely for grand national bet £20 won £26... I supplied all the verification they wanted driving licence.... ID... Still not enough they asked for more proof of address I tried to upload a bill.. Asked for a passport.... No address on a passport so what use is that? So now I have to wait for a postal verification code... I live outside UK and am still waiting on Xmas cards... No wonder she pays herself such huge bonuses.. The interest on the money they refuse to pay us back pays her bonus alone.. Probably hoping I spend it... No chance... **** will freeze over before they get another penny spent on site from me I won't even spend the bonus they gave me.. As soon as the code comes they can verify me and close me at the same Time! I appreciate the need to verify someone but when they provide everything you ask for why continue to make things difficult and treat customers so rudely... YES Heather.... Whoever you are... You need CS training... Or get a different Job.. Coz you can't do the one you do have!
