From my point of view, Rakhmonov is a way better grappler and equal striker. But, finally, he is a better fighter who knows when and how to use skills. Jarrah Al-Silawi is the only guy who defeated Harris via TKO, but I think Rahmonov will find a way to do it, too. The victory of Rakhmonov has an odds of 1.4.
