China Mobile subsidiary Yunnan Mobile Communication has deployed the Comverse InSight Open Services Environment, including a comprehensive suite of call completion and call management services to help subscribers complete and manage calls.
According to Comverse, its InSight Open Services Environment enables the rapid, cost-effective deployment of multimedia messaging, content solutions, personalization and voice applications.
The call management solutions launched at Yunnan MCC, including Notify Me, Who Called, Smart Call, and Multimedia Call Completion, benefit both callers and called parties, Comverse says.
