Charging and policy control solutions company Volubill has tapped Winston Rivero to become vice president of sales for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Rivero will be aim to drive Volubill's growth and sales strategy in the region, and add value to the company's existing customers in the area. He will work out of Atlanta, Georgia in the USA.
Rivero is originally from Venezuela and has been based in the US for the last decade working in the OSS/BSS sector.
