Carribean telco United Telecommunications Services has deployed the Comverse ONE Billing and Active Customer Management solution across its entire subscriber base.
The BSS deployment spans seven territories, including Curacao, Bonaire, Sint Maarten, Saint Martin, Sint Eustatius, Saba, and Suriname.
The solution will support UTS' full quad-play offering, which include fixed, wireless, broadband, and cable TV services, enabling the telco to provide a broad selection of service packages and an enhanced customer experience.
UTS says that by using the solution, it will be better able to create attractive cross-product and cross-service bundles that can meet the convergent needs of its customers.
