The deployment will improve the customer experience for users accessing the website via a computer or mobile device across Truvo’s regional markets.
Amdocs Intelligent Search replaces Golden Pages’ existing search engine, improving Truvo’s ability to define new search policies and provides consumers with more relevant search results based on context and location.
Additionally, Amdocs Intelligent Search’s architecture simplifies search request processing, reducing hardware requirements and total cost of ownership.
