True has extended its partnership with Amdocs related to ongoing support and development of the Thai quad-play provider’s convergent billing platform.
The extension follows Amdocs’ successful deployment of convergent billing at True for the support of personalized bundled offerings designed to enhance the customer experience and increase operational efficiencies.
True has also selected Amdocs for a project to enhance the company’s enterprise billing capabilities.
The new enterprise billing enhancement is expected to enable True to offer its corporate customers new features, such as pooled allowances that enable the sharing of allowances between units in a given organization.
