Telstra has enabled the first batch of its enterprise customers to go live on a new CSG-deployed solution to improve the telco’s complex corporate billing environment.
CSG is providing its CSG Singleview convergent billing platform in a managed services environment to consolidate multiple billing instances onto a single solution. CSG Intermediate is similarly deployed to mediate the billing management of a wide range of network and business services that Telstra’s enterprise and government contracts typically involve.
“The flexible capabilities of CSG’s billing system will help our enterprise business grow and evolve,” said Leo Gagic, executive director of billing and credit management at Telstra.
CSG is leveraging its operational expertise to implement, operate, and manage the next-generation billing platform to drive system efficiencies and cost effectiveness, which will enable Telstra to focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and service innovation.
“The implementation of CSG Singleview and CSG Intermediate allows Telstra to improve customer service, reduce time to market, increase flexibility, and manage operational costs in a highly complex environment to offer increased value to current and future customers,” said Ian Watterson, managing director of Asia Pacific for CSG.
