As part of its expanding commitment to the India market, Telcordia Technologies has established an India arm, Telcordia Technologies India, which will provide dedicated resources for mobile, fixed line, and cable operators throughout the country.
Telcordia's India arm builds on the company's existing India customer base, which includes Tata, Idea Cellular, Reliance, the Department of Telecommunications and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of India.
It also reflects Telcordia's belief in India 's huge growth potential, considering that it already has 150 million telecom subscribers.
