The Monolith deployment enhances monitoring and management of thousands of network devices across the globe, and ensures the delivery of high-performance services for clients.
Also, the deployment assures new, higher standards in speed, scale, and customer visibility. Every five minutes, over 500,000 network fault and performance metrics are collected from over 8,000 devices.
This enables Tata Communications and its customers to proactively monitor the network and gives both parties access to near-real time reporting. The operator can also identify faults faster, leading to quicker and proactive prevention and recovery time.
