Subex said it has been awarded a major contract by an Asian operator regarding its ROC for fraud management, revenue assurance and data integrity management.
The operator wanted to reduce revenue leakage, improve billing verification, as well as update their fraud management system.
Also, Subex is now processing over 100 million call detail records a day for a Southeast Asian operator with its ROC revenue assurance solution.
The solution supports the operator’s revenues by tracking all CDRs from mobile calls to customer billing.
