Recently merged Subex Azure had secured $6.5 million in new orders since the closing of the acquisition on June 23.
According to the company, this proved that the industry had accepted the merge and continued to view the new entity as a long-term partner.
In the first quarter of its fiscal year 2007, Subex alone posted a net profit of $0.88 million, on revenues of $10.5 million. These results were for Subex alone as the acquisition had not been consolidated. The consolidation would commence in the quarter ending Sept. 30.
The merged entity targets product revenue of $53 million this fiscal year.
