Switzerland-based Starhome is suing US operators AT&T Mobility and T-Mobile USA and rival Roamware for patent infringement over its international roaming.

In a filing at the US district court in Delaware, the roaming solutions firm said it was seeking damages and a ban on further infringement on two key technologies for international mobile roaming customers.

The patents are core elements in Starhome’s Intelligent Call Assistant and Home Short Code services, which the firm says increases carrier’s revenue potential by automatically correcting misdialed international numbers and unrecognized home short codes.

Starhome said it had developed the patents over the past decade.

An AT&T spokesman said the firm doesn’t “comment on litigation or pending cases.”
