Japanese firms Softbank and Access have developed Internet browsing and email software for mobile phones, a Reuters report said.
The Reuters report said the software will be installed in mobile phones sold by Softbank, which this year bought the Japanese unit of Vodafone Group.
Softbank is Japan's No.3 mobile phone operator.
The models will become available as early as October 7, the Reuters report said.
Access develops Internet software mainly for mobile phones.
NTT DoCoMo, the country's biggest mobile operator, last year spent 15 billion yen ($127.4 million) to increase its stake in Access to 11.7% from 7.1%, the report said.
The Reuters report said DoCoMo aims to strengthen its development of advanced application software.
