Shin Sat president to head APSCC

Shin Satellite president Dr Nongluck Phinaintisart was elected as the new APSCC President for a two-year term starting in January 2007.

Elected at the 2006 APSCC Council and Plenary Meeting in Seoul last week, Dr Phinaintisart succeeds Dr Eui K. Koh, President of ASA Technologies, who has served as APSCC President for the past four years.
