Customer service assurance solutions provider Accanto Systems announced that
Colin Orviss, founder of Parhelion Global Communications Advisors, has joined its advisory board.
Orviss, who is well known and respected in the telecom industry, has a reputation for applying innovative and pragmatic transformation concepts to the business models of CSPs.
Orviss has over 35 years’ experience in the communications arena, having worked in senior engineering positions for two European CSPs and in senior international roles in major U.S. and Indian corporations.
He has worked as an independent international telecommunications consultant since 1992, having previously co-founded Logan-Orviss International.
