Comverse and Infor have forged a strategic partnership to expand the Comverse ONE Billing and Active Customer Management solution to include capabilities from Infor CRM.
With the collaboration, Comverse ONE now spans the entire prospects-to-cash cycle, boosting customer attraction and enabling cross-selling.
The new Comverse ONE’s embedded features include sales, marketing and services functionalities, which will enable operators to improve subscriber acquisition, retention and campaign management capabilities.
The enhanced solution will also allow operators to provide better customer experience, while driving business results and reducing operational and deployment costs.
