Turkcell Superonline has opted to use NetCracker solutions to improve and optimize B2B and B2C service fulfillment and assurance, and drive operational and business agility.
Turkcell Superonline is said to be the only provider in Turkey to offer high-speed, ultra-broadband services to residential and business customers, including 1,000 Mbps internet access for residences and more than 10 Gbps for businesses.
NetCracker will deliver its discovery and reconciliation, resource inventory and network planning and design solutions to enable this large-scale transformation in collaboration with NEC Turkey.
The NetCracker solutions is expected to improve Turkcell’s end-to-end fulfillment and assurance processes, help Turkcell increase operational agility and strengthen Turkcell’s SLAs for business customers, enhancing its leadership in time-to-market and service quality.
Also, Vivacom in Bulgaria, has gone live with an upgrade to the NetCracker Revenue Management solution. The NetCracker platform enables convergence of Vivacom’s rating, billing and charging operations across all lines of business.
Vivacom is the largest communications service provider in Bulgaria, providing fixed-line, mobile, broadband and pay-TV services.
The upgraded NetCracker Revenue Management solution will enable Vivacom to accelerate time-to-market for new services by using a comprehensive solution that consolidates all transaction operations through a single, convergent, real-time platform.
This upgrade will also help Vivacom build its transaction management infrastructure with minimum disruption to ongoing operations.
