NEC has released the latest version of its management platform for transport networks, the MS5000 Release 6.0.
This update provides end-to-end path management across all layers and equipment types in the backhaul – whether legacy or new.
The result is the streamlined running of microwave, optical, Ethernet, IP and TDM networks.
Release 6.0 of the MS5000 supports the full range of NEC transmission platforms, including the recently launched NEC iPASOLINK 1000 converged microwave and optical product for Mobile Backhaul aggregation.
