Microsoft has made available its Tag Reader for Google Android, expanding the availability of the Microsoft Tag for a growing community of users.
The Reader may be downloaded directly from the Android Market on an Android phone by searching for ‘Microsoft Tag’.
The software giant sees wider access to Tag as important considering the huge demand for reliable mobile barcoding, with businesses and consumers eager to find creative ways to use their phone and hyperlink the real world.
Microsoft intends to make changes to its website, including many more ways to learn about and experience Tag and get inspired by how others are using it.
