Taiwan smartphone giant HTC has unveiled new versions for three of its smartphone models – the Desire S, the Wildfire S and the Incredible S.
The Desire S is sculpted out of a single aluminum block and runs Qualcomm’s new 1GHz Snapdragon MSM8255 processor. The device offers both front and back cameras, HD video recording and a 3.70-inh WVGA display.
The Wildfire S is a portable smartphone that measures 10.13cm by 5.94cm. The device was constructed with the aim of being affordable multimedia device for the mass market, and features a 3.2inch HVGA display and 5 megapixel camera. Colors include black, purple and white.
The Incredible S featured a contoured body, a 4" WVGA Super LCD display and surround sound. Videos, photos and music from the device can be viewed directly on a television using DLNA technology. The phone also features an 8-megapixel camera with dual flash.
The devices are slated to be available in Asia and Europe in Q2.
