Motorola signs an agreement with India's MTNL for the supply of a UMTS cellular network for New Delhi. Under the agreement, Motorola will supply and maintain the network equipment as part of MNTL's GSM expansion.

Yahoo unveils a new Web site to help users manage their personal finances, with tools for building a budget or retirement plan, reports said. The site contains nine categories for managing personal finance, from tax planning to college and education expenses, loans and real estate.

Fox News rolls out a new service in the US allowing subscribers to watch live cable feed via their mobile phones. The service will be available for Cingular subscribers and will cost $2.99 a month

Google announces that the University of Texas has joined the search leader's online library project. Google said the university's more than one million written works will be included in the online library.
