KT and ArrayComm sign a deal to collaborate on improving KT's new mobile broadband WiBro network. Under the deal, the two firms said they will jointly work to integrate multi-antenna signal processing technologies for KT.

Huawei Technologies secures a contract to deploy its cdma2000 solutions for US-based Leap Wireless International. The agreement represents the first commercial contract between Leap and Huawei.

Philippine mobile carrier Globe Telecom selects Aicent's gateway solutions to provide Globe a two-way SMS delivery to international destinations. The solutions will enhance the messaging experience for Globe's 13.6 million mobile subscribers, the firm said.

AOL agrees to buy video game Web site GameDaily for an undisclosed amount. The deal is part of AOL's effort to expand a portfolio of online information and entertainment, the company said.
