In a surprise move, the US Federal Trade Commission has approvedGoogle’s $750m acquisition of mobile ad firm AdMob.

Vodafone is in talks to sell its 55% stake in Vodafone Egypt Telecom, worth about 3 billion pounds ($4.3b), Bloomberg said.
