Hong Kong firm Buongiorno acquires eDongAsia, a Chinese firm specializing in mobile phone premium content production. The move is part of Buongiorno's plan to expand in China, the company said.

The New York Stock Exchange plans to start a program later this year that could bring real-time stock quotes to Internet users, reports say. The NYSE Group is expected to file a proposal with the US Securities and Exchange Commission this week to facilitate the project, the firm said.

Juniper Networks secures a deal from Guangdong Telecom, a China Telecom subsidiary, to deploy Juniper Networks TX Matrix routing platforms. The project is expected to increase the capacity and to upgrade the core network of Guangdong Telecom.
