DST chooses Ericsson to boost customer response

Brunei’s DST has signed a deal to use Ericsson’s Performance Management System (PMS) for its mobile network. Ericsson said the PMS is expected to further enhance DST’s customer response.

PMS will assist DST with forward network planning as well as enable DST to have an end-to-end view of their network.

In addition, the system will equip DST with troubleshooting, investigation tools with quick alerts of performance degradation and detailed drill-down root cause analysis of network issues. PMS will also provide visual dashboard-type reporting of network performance indicators.
