Digicel Group has chosen the Redknee CRM Solution from the turnkey Converged Billing suite to significantly improve customer care and billing management in its newly acquired El Salvador operation.
The Redknee CRM solution will help Digicel improve the billing and customer care environment of its El Salvador cellco, reducing operational costs and delivering better value to customers, according to Redknee.
Digicel has also selected a number of Redknee's applications from the suite of self-care top-up solutions to improve access and frequency of top-ups by its subscribers.
