Revenue intelligence vendor cVidya has been awarded a deal to provide its MoneyMap technology for a tier 1 North American CSP.
Under the terms of the contract, cVidya will implement its MoneyMap suite, which supports fixed and mobile voice and data services, enterprise-wide at the operator.
The MoneyMap services aim to automatically detect problem areas such as revenue leakage, data inconsistencies or inefficient use of resources.
They form part of cVidya's IRIS (Integrated Revenue Intelligence Solutions) suite.
