TeliaSonera International Carrier (TSIC) has expanded its partnership with CSG Systems International to include implementation of CSG Assure for testing and maximizing quality of service.
CSG Assure allows TSIC to verify the worldwide delivery of time- and content-critical interactions as part of a proactive and fully integrated business management strategy.

Also, CSG’s Singleview Accelerate 8 has achieved conformance levels to TM Forum’s Frameworx Business Process (eTOM) and Information Model (SID) Frameworks.
TM Forum’s Frameworx Conformance Certification recognizes the ability of Singleview to provide the compatibility, connectivity, and integration necessary for providers to execute effective B/OSS strategies and set the benchmark for conformance in the industry.
