OSS vendor Convergys has launched version 5 of its Convergys Dynamic Decisioning Solution relationship management suite.
Dynamic Decisioning uses customer data to help set business and policy management rules, aiming to reduce costs, optimize earnings and improve customer satisfaction.
The new version is now deployable completely in the cloud, Convergys said, and promises the ability to personalize interactions with customers even further.
“We see the future of intelligent interactions, as well as much of the software industry going to an on-demand model, so we have focused our development efforts to ensure that Dynamic Decisioning Solution works... in the cloud,” Convergys president Mike Betzer said.
