Convergys has appointed Mike Palackdharry as general manager of global telecommunications, and George Vonderhaar as general manager of global cable and satellite.
Palackdharry has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and billing and he will lead Convergys’ telecoms business globally.
Vonderhaar, who has over 25 years of customer care and billing experience, will be responsible for growing Convergys’ cable business globally.
Both Palackdharry and Vonderhaar will report to Bob Lento, president of information management at Convergys.
