Cloud contact center software provider inContact has expanded its cloud software platform to enhance customer interaction.
The enhancements added new functionality to outbound campaigns, customer chat, real-time contact center dashboards and international language and standards support.
inContact said contact center directors can now set calling parameters and oversee their call lists and agent skills via a common interface where they can also supervise their inbound campaigns.
The new platform also provides Intelligent Call Suppression, an application that enables users to edit dialing lists uploaded for calling.
