Canada's Comwave Telecom has selected Radcom's Omni-Q solution to monitor the quality of service delivered by its VoIP network. According to RADCOM, the Omni-Q will allow Comwave to continuously collect, monitor and analyze voice quality and traffic performance to enhance service delivery to its customers.

The Omni-Q system measures call quality, disconnections, and poor connections on every call.

The contract also includes the R70, a probe powered by Gear Set, Radcom's proprietary processing engine. Linux-based, the R70 enables data processing at a rate of up to 10Gbps, independent of technology, service or protocol stack.
