Clarity has named Douglas Gracie as VP for services following his three-year stint with Telcordia Technologies.
Gracie will be responsible for all project implementations, education, support and maintenance, and developing a partner delivery program.
CEO Jon Newbery said Gracie can help Clarity ensure that customers and partners have the right tools and level of support.
“Douglas has experience in restructuring and transforming teams into client-focused, revenue-generating global groups,” Newbery said. “I believe his appointment will be a key hire for Clarity’s future growth.”
