China's online advertising market has reached more than 1.12 billion yuan ($140 million) in the second quarter, an increase of 14.36% compared to the previous quarter, a report from research firm Analysys International said.
The report said for the second quarter of this year, the keyword advertising market size reached 376 million yuan ($47.2 million), accounting for 33.63% of the total online advertising market; ad banner advertising reached 661 million yuan ($83 million), accounting for 59.11% of the total market; and other online advertising reached 81 million yuan ($10 million), accounting for 7.27% of the total.
The amount of advertisers reached 350,800, increasing 4.91% quarter over quarter, the report also said.
In terms of keyword advertising, Baidu continues to lead China's market followed by Google China and Yahoo! China.
Sina.com and Sohu.com meanwhile are the Top 2 vendors occupying China's ad banner advertising market, the report said.
